First Grade
Week of 12/9 **spelling list is uploaded as of 12/11. I apologize for the delay** Long I words Remember 'heart' words are...we know them by heart...they do not follow a rule. 'challenge' words are normal for us now...we can do this! Good Fit Books will not come home this week. Good Fit Book bags and journals will come home over the holiday break. Please encourage your child to read to you or with you and to write in their journal when they would like to. Book bags need to return to school on January 2nd with your child. Please be sure your child is returning the classroom book every week so that they can bring one home the following week. Choices: Read to Self, Read to Someone, and then they could Listen to Reading with you reading back to them. |
