Week of 12/9/24
Celebrate! Both classes have now earned 2 rewards for their hard work and perseverance both in behavior and academics since I began as their teacher. I hope they have been proud of themselves. If they have not shared, please share with them about our 'time earned' in class. Mrs. Young's Graded Work Policy: If graded work is sent home in paper form, please be sure to sign your child's work or have a responsible guardian sign and send the work back the next day. Students will lose 2 points for each day that the work is returned late with a signature. 6th Grade We are working on completing our Argumentative Essays in Rough Draft form and will have our Final Drafts completed by Winter break. Grades have started to be entered for T2. **Please ensure your child is taking care of their 45 minutes of MemBean required a week and actually participating in the work for a proper grade** 8th Grade We are peer editing and printing our final copy of our Argumentative Essays. We will present them to one another next week before Winter Break.
