Water Fountains |
EZH20 water fountains were installed during the summer of 2016. Combining energy savings, system diagnostics, and a clean sensor activated bottle filler, the EZH20 series have allowed students, faculty, staff, and visitors to eliminate the waste of over 1000 plastic water bottles during the school day. Water Fountains were made possible by the Aging Schools Grant through MSDE.

Toilets and Sinks |
St. John’s bathrooms are equipped with sensor toilets and sinks. 66% of the toilets in both the girls and boys bathrooms are automatic flushing. ___% of the sinks have sensors. The sensor feature allows St. John to conserve water and eliminates running water.

Hallway Lighting

22 lighting fixture were replace with high-efficacy, LED digital lights with dimming capabilities. Through the use of Constant Lumen Management, the new lighting eliminates the energy waste created by traditional over-lighting. Click here for energy saving charts.
